What does it cost?
Free. We cap access to people doing the work, but there’s no subscription or paywall.
How do I get an invite?
Email matt@captivcontent.com with a sentence about what you’re working on. We’ll send a magic link.
We aren’t gatekeeping for snobbery — we just keep the member list to people doing this work so the analytics stay useful and the early discussions stay sharp.
Who is this for?
Behavioral health teams primarily. That includes in-house marketers at treatment centers, clinics, and recovery programs; founder-operators building awareness without a full marketing department; and mission-led agencies serving behavioral health clients.
Can my whole team share an account?
One account per person, please. It’s how the portal tracks progress, saves, and notes — sharing means everyone gets a mixed history. Reach out and we’ll get your teammates set up quickly.
Where do I start?
The four foundational frameworks (3H, Four Pillars, Emotion-First Hierarchy, Stage Awareness) underpin every playbook. Read those first and the rest of the library will feel less abstract.
How does the Save button work?
Hit Save on any module and it lands on /saved, your private shortlist. Useful for queueing up reading or flagging things to revisit when a campaign is in flight.
Are notes private?
Yes. The notes panel on each module is admin-invisible by design. Even owners can’t read them. Use it as personal scratch space — what hit, what to apply, the question it left you with.
How is reading progress tracked?
Automatically as you scroll. The portal stores a high-water mark so you always pick up where you left off, and a module is considered complete once you reach 90% scroll (or you click Mark as complete). No streaks, no nagging.
What do you do with my email?
It’s used to authenticate you and to email you when something major changes about the portal. We don’t share it with third parties, sell it, or stuff it into nurture sequences.
What about my reading behavior?
We track which modules you open, complete, and bookmark — that powers your dashboard, the analytics admins use to decide what to publish next, and the “Continue where you left off” shortcut. We don’t share aggregated data outside CaptivContent.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes — both are self-serve. Sign in and visit /account. The Danger Zone at the bottom of that page has a one-click JSON export of every row tied to your account, plus a permanent-delete button. Full details are in the Privacy policy.

Can I submit a topic or guide?
